MMT 360: Q&A – Why Do You Use Repeated Motions?

At the recent MMT: The Eclectic Approach to TMD 1 Day in Chile, someone asked a simple but great question. – “Why Do You Use Repeated Motions?”
I think the common misconceptions of repeated motions stems from a few things
  • no familiarity with MDT concepts
  • traditional use of OMPT (glides, oscillations, distractions)
  • viewing osteokinematic motion as too simple to work
  • not realizing that anything novel, and non-threatening can work with the right explanation, interaction, and education
Check out the entire Q&A in MMT 360 format below – best watched in the youtube app on mobile – click on the title in the video or desktop chrome browser.

My interest in health and fitness started at a young age. Even though I had been educated and trained as an engineer in Europe I always want to follow my passion. I have made some guest appearances on a health educational program TV in Europe and, this experience, has made me follow my passion of sharing wellness information with others.
