2 Easy Ways to Reduce Pain During a Prone Press Up

The prone press up is a simple and great exercise proven to help

  • low back pain
  • centralize leg pain
  • restore function
under the right conditions. End range is often needed for success but not often attained due to a perception of painful pinching during or at end range. 
Dosage is important for the treatment and improvement to continue between visits. Once the patient leave the comfort and reassurance of your practice, they may not want to press up through a yellow light for fear of “damaging” something.
